Pete Pappas brings a world of musical experience to the Entourage team. He was Director of Bands at Kelvin Grove Middle School in Lockport and Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, Illinois until his retirement in 1994. Since his retirement, Pete has served as a guest lecturer, adjudicator, conductor at universities across the country and works with traveling student groups. He has received the Chicagoland Outstanding Music Educator Award in 1991, the Phi Beta Mu Bandmaster's Hall of Fame Award in 1996 and the John Paynter Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.

His experience and in depth knowledge of the needs of a traveling band help us assist our clients in the most effective fashion. He is an invaluable resource for selecting clinic venues, working out unique performance sites, and finding the perfect educational opportunity for performing students. His laid back manner and accommodating attitude will make anyone that works with him feel comfortable and at ease.
